Julieta Feltrin Sengupta, based in Miami, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Private Capital Practice Groups. Focusing on executive search, she works closely with clients to understand their business context and leadership needs. With deep experience across private equityand real estate, Julieta’s approach combines a structured, problem-solving mindset with a strong commitment to building trust, consistently delivering high-quality work and acting as a true partner to her clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Julieta spent five years at Raines International as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development, where she led strategic growth across Private Equity accounts. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Operations at Redevco Management, managing a portfolio of retail shopping centers in South Florida.. She began her career at Egon Zehnder in the Financial Services team.
Julieta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College. She remains deeply committed to her alma mater and serves as the President of the Dartmouth Club of South Florida, sits on the Advisory Board of Dartmouth’s Communities Executive Committee, and is an alumni interviewer. Julieta is citizen of the U.S., Italy, and Argentina.Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and daughter and recreating their favorite international meals at home.
