Our India practice has been a part of every major business transformation of the past 20 years, from outsourcing to telecom, and now AI and robotics. With our New Delhi office, founded in 1995, along with Mumbai's, which launched in 1997, and Bangalore's, in 2008, our 16 consultants and 60-person staff cover the entire subcontinent.

Today, we are the largest privately held leadership advisory firm in India, advising publicly listed companies as well as the largest family-controlled businesses on their talent needs. We specialize in industrial, tech, retail, and financial services companies. We are also proud to contribute to the firm's leadership, including Egon Zehnder's CEO Rajiv Vasudeva, who began in our New Delhi office.
