Based in New Delhi, Rushali engages with Boards, CEOs and CXOs on their succession planning, leadership development and executive search needs. As a leadership advisor, she specializes in crafting meaningful succession strategies and working closely with C-Suite leaders on leading with greater clarity, alignment, engagement and purpose. This includes work in the area of top team effectiveness, organization culture and curated leadership development programs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rushali spent more than a decade with the People Advisory Practice at EY in India, where she worked with clients across sectors on talent & organization transformation mandates. She is certified in interpreting psychometric tools including the Hogan Personality Suite, 16 PF and Pearson Assessment tools.
Rushali earned a B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from Jesus & Mary College at Delhi University and an MA in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Outside work, she enjoys playing tennis (a passion she shares with her husband), painting, travelling to new places and exploring new (and old!) music whenever she can.
