Bhavik Patel, based in New York, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Energy, Mining and Process Industries practice. With deep experience across the energy and industrials sectors as both an advisor and direct investor, Bhavik brings well-rounded perspectives to help organizations solve their most important leadership and talent issues. Bhavik has a listen-first approach, combining honest, empathetic communication with a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Bhavik was a Partner at Bain & Company, advising senior clients on strategy and transformation as part of the Performance Improvement and Energy practices. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate in the Energy private equity group at Ziff Brothers Investments. He began his career as an Analyst in the Industrials practice at UBS Investment Bank.
Bhavik holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School and a BS, summa cum laude, from NYU Stern. Outside of work, he enjoys fatherhood, golf, stand-up comedy, film, The Simpsons, and following Liverpool FC.
