Camila Notaro, based in New York, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice Group. She supports clients in executive search, succession planning, and leadership development within fintech, consumer banking, and broader financial services. Born in Uruguay and lived in Europe and the U.S., Camila brings a global perspective to her work, and is fluent in Spanish and English. She brings a relationship driven approach to help leaders grow and organizations evolve.

Prior to rejoining Egon Zehnder, Camila spent five years in Europe working across growth and marketing roles in B2B fintech and tech founder-led companies, including PaySolut, a fintech acquired by SumUp. Earlier, Camila was Egon Zehnder’s Global Banking & Markets Research Lead, supporting investment banking clients and global business development initiatives. She began her career in sales at LatinFinance.
Camila holds a BA in International Relations from Colby College and an MBA from IESE Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys playing padel, hosting dinner parties, and taking walks with her partner and their dog. She also played professional soccer for Uruguay’s national women’s team.
