Jennifer Read is based in the New York office and is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Health and Human Resources practices. She has deep expertise leading and developing human capital initiatives and talent management capabilities.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennifer was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase. In her role, she partnered with senior leadership teams in establishing best-in-class talent management practices, aligning human capital disciplines with enterprise goals. She also held a regional role, based in the United Kingdom, focused on compensation and total reward structures, and collaborated on various complex work council initiatives and mandates.
Jennifer has a BA from The George Washington University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.
