Lisha Davis, based in New York, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice Group. With deep strategic insight and a human-centered approach, she brings a unique blend of experience across innovation, venture building, wealth management, and leadership development. She supports organizations and leaders in realizing their full potential by aligning business goals with purpose and values, fostering trust-based partnerships and cultures that drive meaningful growth and transformation.

In the times we live in today, great leadership is needed more than ever. Being able to influence and collaborate with those who are at the helm of impact is a passion and special responsibility.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lisha was the founder and CEO of Arable Ventures and Pave Careers. She also served as a venture partner at VU Venture Partners and as an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She is also an advisor and mentor to early-stage startups. Earlier in her career, she held several leadership roles at Vanguard, including serving as their first Head of Innovation and new venture development. Lisha began her career at New York Life and Eagle Strategies RIA in financial planning and wealth advisory.

Lisha holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern, an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and an M.S. in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting contemporary art—particularly from international women and artists of color—cooking and entertaining, dancing, traveling, and learning languages. She actively supports organizations including West Side Campaign Against Hunger, New York Cares, Wonder Women, Forte Foundation, and the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management.
