Michael Albinger, based in New York, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice Group. He focuses on functional mandates across technology, human resources, finance, and legal leadership, supporting clients in the energy, mining, and process manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Michael served as a Senior Associate at World 50, where he partnered with senior executives across Fortune 500 companies, supporting peer-to-peer engagement and leadership dialogue. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in high-growth SaaS environments, strengthening his go-to-market and enterprise client engagement capabilities.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the city, and nurturing his passion for Broadway musicals.
