Alessandra Tosi, based in Rome, is active in the Industrial Practice Group - with a focus on Energy & CleanTech and Infrastructure - as well as in the CHRO and Health Services practices in Italy. With her wide-ranging general business background that includes management, marketing and sales, business development and M&A, she derives great satisfaction from helping her clients find and develop executive talent using tools that include management appraisal, team-effectiveness consulting, and coaching.

Alessandra’s work experience before joining Egon Zehnder included several SVP positions at Eni in Italy (with responsibility for midstream business development, scenario and strategy, downstream M&A, and marketing and sales). She also served as Chairwoman and CEO of Eni Rete Oil & NonOil and sat on the Board of Directors of Eni Trading & Shipping and Enipower. Prior to that, Alessandra was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she led strategy, sales and marketing, and turnaround projects for clients in various sectors including Energy, Telco, FMCG, and Retailing. She began her career at Erg Petroli in Italy.
Alessandra holds an MA in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and earned an MBA at INSEAD’s France and Singapore campuses. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is passionate about fashion and traveling.
