Based in San Francisco, Kasey Miller is active in Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory Services and Consumer practices. A trusted advisor with deep experience, she is valued by leaders for her ability to help them unlock their growth and cultivate an environment in which they feel valued and empowered. She works closely with organizations to implement leadership frameworks, consult on talent management strategies, and creating bespoke training programs for various types of leaders.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Kasey served as an Associate and then Principal in the Leadership Advisory. In the latter role she was responsible for assessing and developing leaders across multiple functions and industries, partnering with clients to build talent management systems, and training them in the use of Egon Zehnder’s methodology and psychometric tools.
Kasey earned a BA in psychology and communication from Hamilton College. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family, dog, and friends and is passionate about supporting local food banks and animal shelters.
