Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Elton was a consultant at Euromonitor International, leading research projects in the consumer sector, particularly within the Beauty and Luxury Goods sectors. Earlier in his career, he served as an Equity Research Analyst at Mirae Asset Global Investments and Bradesco Asset Management, covering Agribusiness and Consumer industries in Latin America.
Elton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen Ross School of Business (USA).
