Olivia Aguiar, based in São Paulo, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Human Resources Practice Group. She serves CEOs, CHROs, and Boards on succession and leadership decisions that shape long-term organizational outcomes. Her work focuses on building trusted, long-term partnerships and advising leaders through high-stakes moments where culture and choice shape lasting institutional performance.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Olivia was a Partner at Vila Nova Partners in São Paulo, where she coordinated the CHRO practice and worked across the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Associate in the CEO & Boards Practice at Spencer Stuart, based in São Paulo and London. She began her career in executive roles at Serena Energy, where she served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Outside of work, she values time with family and close friends, travel, and sport, an interest shaped early by her years as a competitive swimmer.
