Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lina spent more than twenty years at Procter & Gamble, where she held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, Lina served as Vice President of P&G China, leading the company’s omnichannel retail business and driving growth across an increasingly complex consumer landscape. Earlier, she was based in Singapore as Commercial Director for Global Baby Care, where she helped shape worldwide business and growth strategies for one of P&G’s largest product categories. Lina’s diverse domestic and international roles underscore her acumen in both business and people.
Lina is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an experienced team coach who has designed and facilitated leadership development programs for multinational and Chinese organizations. She is passionate about supporting leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate transformational growth, unlock their full potential, and create lasting impact.
Lina earned a BA degree (with honors) from Southeast University in China. She is passionate about cultivating positive energy and focuses through regular exercise and meditation.
