Megumi Inoue is a consultant based in Tokyo. She focuses on leadership advisory, CEO succession, and executive development, with experience across the Consumer and Services sectors. She works with leaders on critical questions of leadership, organization, and talent, bringing a rigorous and human-centered approach to transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Megumi was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she was involved in CEO succession, next-generation leadership development, and organizational transformation. . Earlier in her career, she spent over seven years at Mitsubishi Corporation in business development and project leadership, including international roles in Asia launching new ventures and managing large-scale investments in the real estate sector.
Megumi holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Law from Keio University. She enjoys spending time with her family and getting to travel and show the world to her two young kids.

INSEADにてMBA取得、慶應義塾大学法学部卒業。
