Jennie focuses on board, CEO and executive succession, including individual development. She is a trusted advisor to a variety of organizations with particular focus in infrastructure, energy and mining. Jennie is particularly passionate about energy transition; she co-leads Canada’s Industrial Practice and is a core member of the Private Equity practice area.

Jennie is a former engineer, management consultant and general management executive. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennie was a general manager at a financial services company. Previously, she was at The Boston Consulting Group, where she served clients on a variety of strategic, operational and organizational topics. She began her career as a professional engineer at global engineering firm, Worley, where she gained end-to-end experience in large scale infrastructure.
Jennie earned a BEng (with distinction) from the University of Victoria and an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, she is passionate about travel, great food, reading, and family.
