Jennie Rittberg focuses on the C-suite where she helps clients attract, retain and develop capable leaders. She is also a key leader in Egon Zehnder’s Board Advisory and CFO practices. She is also active in talent strategy, search and leadership work in the Financial Services, Industrial, Private Equity and Real Assets Practice Areas.

Jennie is a former engineer, management consultant and consumer services executive. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she was a General Manager leading a $200 million co-brand credit card portfolio for travel loyalty company Aimia Inc. Previously, she was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where she served financial and industrial clients. Earlier in her career, she worked as a professional engineer at global consultancy WorleyParsons, where she gained end-to-end experience in large scale and heavy industrial infrastructure including project development and in the mining, oil and gas, and transportation sectors.
Jennie earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (with distinction) from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, she is passionate about travel, great food, reading, and family.
