Jennie focuses on board, CEO and executive succession, including search and individual development. Jennie also advises clients on broader transformation matters that involve senior leadership, with particular expertise in team alignment and development. She is a trusted advisor to organizations from a number of different industries, but is particularly passionate about energy, infrastructure and industrial firms. Jennie leads Canada’s Real Assets Practice and is a core member of the Private Capital and Services & Industrial Practice areas.

Jennie is a former engineer, management consultant and general management executive. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she was a general manager leading a $200 million division at Aimia Inc. Previously, she was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where she served clients on a variety of strategic, operational and organizational topics. She began her career as a professional engineer at global consultancy, Worley, where she gained end-to-end experience in large scale and industrial, infrastructure, transportation, energy and mining sectors.
Jennie earned a BEng (with distinction) from the University of Victoria and an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, she is passionate about travel, great food, reading, and family.
