Valerie is a leader in Egon Zehnder’s Global Leadership Advisory and Board practices.  Valerie has deep expertise in CEO succession, board advisory and search and senior leadership assessment, succession planning and development.  She regularly works with executives, CEOs and Boards to help them grow and progress in their career, operating primarily across North America. She sits on Egon Zehnder’s Global Coaching Board and is the Global Practice Leader for Assessment.

Helping an individual or client see themselves or their company through a new lens is my ultimate joy. I know they will be able to unleash the power within.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Valerie was a Vice President with Gemini Consulting, now Capgemini, based in London, England.  For 8 years she advised clients across Europe on corporate strategy, divisional strategy, product and market entry, and new business development. She led the firm’s Strategic Research Group, the thought leadership group on emerging trends.  She began her career as a Brand Manager with Johnson & Johnson.

Valerie has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
