Based in Amsterdam, Edoardo Frangi partners with clients as the Head of Leadership Services Advisory, serving as a facilitator and coach across industries while also being an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Professional Services and Financial Services practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Edoardo was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey working across Milan, Kuala Lumpur, and Amsterdam before becoming a board strategy manager at Aberkyn (the leadership development branch of McKinsey) working as a facilitator of leadership transformations and ICF PCC coach.
Edoardo completed a BA and MA in philosophy at Milan State University and a BSc in business economics from the LUISS Business School in Rome with and ESSEC in Paris. He then went on to complete a double CEMS master’s degree in international management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Sydney Business School in Australia. Edoardo subsequently obtained an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Outside work, he enjoys performing arts and living an active life.
