Adeline de Waziers is a consultant based in Brussels. She is a member of the Human Resources, Consumer and Leadership Advisory practice groups. She helps her clients to discover new executives, to develop senior leaders and unlock their potential, to craft team effectiveness workshops and to lead culture transformation and other important organisational changes. She is a trusted advisor to multinational companies and family-owned companies across Europe.
What gives me energy is working to understand the individuals in order to help them feel centered and aligned to their purpose, become better leaders, and benefit their teams, organisations and society in general.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Adeline was a consultant at McKinsey, in their Sydney and Brussels office. Her work included supporting clients across all sectors on strategy, post merger management and organisational topics. She worked across Australia, Europe and Canada. During two years, she also headed the Private Label Department at Bio c’Bon, an organic food retail network based in Paris.
Adeline completed a Master’s in management at HEC in Paris. She was born in the United States to Swiss and French parents and spent her early childhood in Japan. Adeline is passionate about natural health and wellness. She is a trained yoga teacher and practices meditation. Outside of work, she also enjoys spending time with her family.
