Based in Brussels, Adeline de Waziers is a core member of the Human Resources, Consumer and Leadership Advisory practice groups. She loves helping her clients to find, assess and develop the right talented executives, improve team effectiveness and navigate organisational transformations.

What gives me energy is working to understand the individuals in order to help them thrive, become better leaders, and benefit their teams, organisations and society in general.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Adeline headed the Private Label Department at Bio c’Bon, a chain of organic food stores, in Paris and Brussels. Before that she was a consultant at McKinsey & Co.,in their Sydney and Brussels office.

Adeline earned a Master’s in management from HEC in Paris. She was born in the United States to Swiss and French parents. She has had an international upbringing and career, having lived and worked in 4 different countries. Outside of work, Adeline is passionate about natural health and wellness. She is a trained yoga teacher and practices meditation.
