Thomas Wamberg, based in Copenhagen, is a trusted advisor in board succession and C-suite and executive recruitment, as well as leadership development. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Thomas was Sales Manager with FLSmidth, General Manager at Jager Jeune, and a Project Manager with COWI. He has worked in the Nordic countries, Latin America, and Southern Europe.

Thomas has an MSc in civil engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, a Graduate Diploma in international commerce from Copenhagen Business School, and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He speaks French and Spanish and is passionate about sports, interior design, and family.
