Thomas Wamberg, based in Copenhagen, is a trusted advisor in board succession and C-suite and executive recruitment, as well as leadership development. He has deep expertise in the shipping, private equity, consumer, engineering, and medical device sectors. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Industrial, Services, Health, Private Capital, Board, CEO Succession, and Chief Financial Officer practices.

Establishing relationships with inspiring clients, candidates, and companies gives me great joy. On top of that, I love that we can help make a difference in the world.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Thomas was Sales Manager with FLSmidth, General Manager at Jager Jeune, and a Project Manager with COWI. He has worked in the Nordic countries, Latin America, and Southern Europe.

Thomas has an MSc in civil engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, a Graduate Diploma in international commerce from Copenhagen Business School, and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He speaks French and Spanish and is passionate about sports, interior design, and family.
