Kristi Maynor leads the firm’s Global Consumer Practice with a focus on CEO and Board Succession, Assessment and Development, Digital Transformation and Customer Centricity across the C-suite. The Consumer Practice includes Consumer Products, B2C Digital Ecommerce, Retail, Restaurants, Apparel, Luxury, Media, Gaming & Entertainment. She also previously led the firm’s Global Chief Marketing Officer Practice. She is passionate about coaching and advising executives and teams on culture and leadership enabling these leaders best prepare them to accelerate impact and readiness for future roles.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kristi built her career at the intersection of consumer brands and technology while working with Procter & Gamble, Mary Kay, JCPenney and one of the first digital agencies, advising Fortune 500 on ecommerce and digital transformation capabilities while serving Fortune 500 clients such as Coca-Cola, P&G, Clorox, Samsung and Yum!.
Kristi has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern State University. She cares deeply about identifying and developing potential. She gets to practice this with her two sons and daughter, teaching them gratitude, empathy, and giving back.
