Ekaterina Bozoukova is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Frankfurt office. She specialises in investment banking, M&A, real estate and travel and hospitality. She works closely with executives to develop successful and sustainable leadership solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
I draw energy from working closely with executives who are passionate about developing disruptive solutions for their industries and with whom I collaborate to develop inspiring, and forward-looking leadership strategies.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Ekaterina co-founded tectrex, a one-stop-shop platform for token-based real estate transactions. Simultaneously, she was a co-founder and co-CEO of WOMIRE, a boutique brokerage firm specialising in residential and commercial real estate for institutional investors. Prior to that, Ekaterina was a co-founder and co-CEO of What the Food!, a fast-casual restaurant chain with locations in Frankfurt and Hamburg. She began her career in the Corporate Finance department at Deutsche Bank, specialising in M&A and ECM.
Ekaterina earned a CEMS Master of Science in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management (as a dual degree with WU Vienna), completed a Bachelor of Science in General Management at EBS Business School, took first place at the Leonardo & Co. Awards for the best bachelor’s thesis in the field of M&A, and completed the “Mini MBA” Executive Education Program at Columbia University. Ekaterina Bozoukova is passionate about sports and is a certified indoor cycling instructor. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, and she enjoys traveling to new countries, learning about their cultures, and, as a foodie, sampling the local cuisine.

Vor ihrer Zeit bei Egon Zehnder gründete Ekaterina Bozoukova die tectrex mit, ein Unternehmen, das eine One-Stop-Shop-Plattform für tokenbasierte Immobilientransaktionen aufbaut. Gleichzeitig war sie Mitgründerin und Co-CEO der WOMIRE, einer auf Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien für institutionelle Investoren spezialisierten Maklerboutique. Davor war Ekaterina Bozoukova Mitgründerin und Co-CEO von What the Food!, einer Fast-Casual-Systemgastronomie-Restaurantkette mit Filialen in Frankfurt und Hamburg. Zuvor sammelte sie Erfahrungen im Bereich Corporate Finance bei der Deutschen Bank in den Bereichen Mergers & Acquisitions und Equity Capital Markets.
