Ekaterina Bozoukova

Based in Frankfurt, Ekaterina Bozoukova is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Investment Banking, Private Equity, Fintech, Blockchain, Digital and Real Estate practices. She is passionate about collaborating with executives to find successful solutions in changing environments, working closely with them to find a clear way forward for their organization.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Ekaterina co-founded tectrex AG, a company focused on implementing a one-stop-shop platform for token-based real estate transactions. Concurrently, she co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of WOMIRE GmbH, a boutique brokerage specialized in residential and commercial real estate for institutional investors. Prior to that, Ekaterina was the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of What the Food! GmbH, a healthy fast casual system gastronomy restaurant chain with outlets in Frankfurt and Hamburg. Earlier, she gained experience at Deutsche Bank AG as a Corporate Finance associate in its mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets divisions, where she mastered financial and strategy modelling and analysis methods across various industries.

Ekaterina earned a CEMS Master of Science in International Management at the Rotterdam School of Management (as a double degree with WU Vienna), completed a Bachelor of Science in General Management at the EBS Business School while spending a semester abroad at the University of Westminster in London and taking first place in the Leonardo & Co. Awards for the best bachelor thesis in the M&A field. She also attended Columbia University’s “Mini MBA” executive education program. Outside work, she loves spending time with friends and family and engaging in deep conversations. Ekaterina is also passionate about sports, especially HII-Training, Pilates, and yoga, and is a certified indoor cycling instructor and former regional basketball player. When she gets the chance, she loves traveling to new countries, learning about their cultures, and sampling local food.

Sie arbeitet eng mit Führungspersönlichkeiten zusammen, um in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld gemeinsam erfolgreiche Lösungen zu finden und nachhaltige, authentische und erfolgreiche Strategien und Geschäftsmodelle für die Zukunft zu entwickeln.

Bevor sie zu Egon Zehnder kam, gründete Ekaterina Bozoukova die tectrex AG mit, die eine One-Stop-Shop Plattform für Token-basierte Immobilientransaktionen aufbaut. Gleichzeitig war sie Mitgründerin und Co-CEO der WOMIRE GmbH, einer auf Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien für institutionelle Investoren spezialisierten Maklerboutique. Davor war Ekaterina Bozoukova Mitgründerin und Co-CEO der What the Food! GmbH, einer Fast-Casual-systemgastronomischen Restaurantkette mit Filialen in Frankfurt und Hamburg. Zuvor sammelte sie Erfahrungen bei der Deutschen Bank AG als Corporate Finance Associate in den Bereichen Mergers & Acquisitions und Equity Capital Markets, wo sie verschiedenste Finanz- und Strategieanalysen in unterschiedlichsten Industrien durchführte.

Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, reist sie gerne in neue Länder, lernt deren Kulturen kennen und probiert die lokale Küche.
