Based in Helsinki, Terhi Kurki is active in Egon Zehnder’s global Leadership Advisory Practice. She applies her deep understanding and endless curiosity about the human mind and business practices to assess and develop individuals, teams, and organizational cultures. Terhi also helps a wide range of clients search for the right candidates for executive positions, while focusing on the services and consumer industries and commercial and finance roles.

Terhi joined Egon Zehnder as an expert in 2018 and led a team of experts in Helsinki before starting work as a consultant. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a consultant at the Innolink Group in Helsinki advising clients on aspects of knowledge-driven leadership. Terhi launched her career working for several local and Nordic financial services companies.
Terhi earned an MSc in economics and business administration and is currently completing an MA in psychology at the University of Helsinki. Outside work, Terhi devotes time to her husband and their young daughter and recharges her batteries by spending time outdoors, practicing yoga and other gentle exercise, reading, traveling, and getting together with friends.
