When Egon Zehnder's Helsinki office opened in 1987, the forestry and engineering industries accounted for the majority of our work. In recent years, the office has grown alongside Finland's tech industry to serve the flourishing information technology, mobile telephone, and gaming software industries.

Located just across from the Esplanade, the nearly 200-year-old park at the city's center, the office boasts six consultants and an administrative staff of six. We work with government-owned entities, publicly traded companies, family business, and private equity firms across the Nordic region, while still catering to the forestry, construction, engineering, and processing industries that helped build Finland. Our familiarity with the area makes what we deliver to our clients more akin to matchmaking than search.
