Based in London, Agastya Muthanna is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology practice. He is passionate about identifying and supporting leaders who develop digital and AI capabilities to build and sustain a competitive advantage.
Leaders will be digitally transforming their organisations for the rest of their careers. I get energy from supporting emotionally intelligent individuals who change deeply held mindsets to have a substantial impact.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Aga was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, based in London. At McKinsey he led engagements for a variety of clients across the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, East Africa, Scandinavia, and the Middle East among others. Between stints at McKinsey, he spent two years at Ørsted Offshore Wind playing a product manager role - building a digital business that helps balance demand and supply across the energy system.
Aga earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Fulbright scholar, and a B.A. (Hons.)/M.A. from the University of Cambridge. Outside work, he is a keen squash player, scuba diver and (very) amateur wildlife photographer. Aga also enjoys classic novels, poetry, and spending time with his wife and young son.
