Based in London, Agastya Muthanna is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Technology practices. He is passionate about identifying and supporting leaders who are reshaping their organisations to build and sustain a competitive advantage.
I get energy from supporting emotionally intelligent leaders who change deeply held mindsets to have a substantial impact.”
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Aga was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, based in London. At McKinsey he led engagements for a variety of clients across the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, East Africa, Scandinavia, and the Middle East among others. Between stints at McKinsey, he spent two years at Ørsted Offshore Wind playing a product manager role - building an internal business that helps balance demand and supply across the energy system.
Aga earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Fulbright scholar, and a B.A. (Hons.)/M.A. from the University of Cambridge. Outside work, he is a keen squash player, scuba diver and (very) amateur wildlife photographer. Aga also enjoys classic novels, poetry, and spending time with his wife and young son and even younger daughter.
