As a member of Egon Zehnder’s Executive Search and Leadership Advisory practices in London, Christian Naccour assesses candidates for senior managerial positions and supports leadership development projects in the banking and fintech sectors. He is appreciated by clients for his insightful, thorough and open approach.

I love working with people: striving to understand their needs, empathizing with their concerns and helping them achieve their full potential. I know from personal experience that this journey is stressful but can be very rewarding.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Christian spent more than a decade at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant specialising in financial services. In that role, he led large-scale strategy and transformation programs for financial institutions, completing a wide variety of projects across retail banking, corporate and investment banking, wealth management and fintech.

Christian earned an MBA from the London Business School. Outside of work, he is passionate about opera and classical music, enjoys dining out with friends and family and loves travelling.
