Loula Lefkaritis heads Egon Zehnder’s Investment Banking, Corporate Banking & Markets Practice in London. She is also an active contributor to Executive Assessment & Development and Sustainability and Board Advisory practices, while focusing on chiefs of staff and COOs. In addition, being an avid advocate of diversity and inclusion, Loula leads the Firm’s efforts to promote them in the UK.

I am energized by the opportunity to impact organizations by finding the ideal solutions to their talent needs.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Loula worked for Yahoo Europe, most recently as a Director based in London. She initially served as the Chief of Staff to the SVP of Europe before becoming the Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff for the VP of EMEA Sales. Earlier, Loula was with Goldman Sachs International, first in equity sales advising UK-based institutional investors and then focusing on equity capital markets.

Loula earned a BSc in economics from University College London, an MSc in finance from Imperial College London, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The mother of two children, she enjoys traveling and the cinema.
