Based in London, Loula Lefkaritis heads Egon Zehnder’s Global Banking & Markets practice. A trusted advisor, she is also an active contributor to Executive Assessment & Development and Board Advisory practices. Being a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, Loula launched and leads the Firm’s Neurodiversity efforts globally.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Loula worked for Yahoo Europe, most recently as a Director based in London. She initially served as the Chief of Staff to the SVP of Europe before becoming the Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff for the VP of EMEA Sales. Earlier, Loula was with Goldman Sachs International, first in equity sales advising UK-based institutional investors and then focusing on equity capital markets.
Loula earned a BSc in economics from University College London, an MSc in finance from Imperial College London, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The mother of two children, she enjoys traveling and the cinema.
