Simon Kantor, based in London, is co-head of Egon Zehnder’s Aerospace & Defence Practice globally. He works with across the Public and Private sectors, advising Governments, Investors, Manufacturers, and Integrators. He has also worked extensively with Scale-up and Start-up stage businesses.
I am at my best working with leaders in moments of transition and ambiguity, bringing agility and logic to bear in order to steer a path forwards.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Simon was the COO at Milltown Partners in London. Previously he held global sales leadership positions for Google and Twitter. Earlier, Simon served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the UK Government. He began his career as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
Simon earned an MA from the University of Oxford. Outside work, he is a passionate home cook and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. Simon is an Officer in the British Army (Reserves).
