Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Simon was the COO at Milltown Partners in London. Previously he held global sales leadership positions for Google and Twitter. Earlier, Simon served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the UK Government. He gained his first experiences helping firms as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
Simon earned an MA from the University of Oxford. Outside work, he serves as a primary school governor, is a passionate home cook, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
