Daniel Seoane, based in Madrid, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Private Capital practices. He has built his career in the financial sector, bringing deep expertise to advise clients on leadership and executive search. He draws on extensive experience in cross-border transactions and works closely with senior executives and investors at critical moments.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Daniel spent six years at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking division, most recently as a Vice President in Madrid and previously as an Associate in London, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions across Europe. He began his career as an M&A lawyer at Garrigues in Madrid, working with private equity clients on transactions and IPOs. He also co-founded Old Jeffrey, a Madrid-based menswear brand, where he has been involved in strategy and fundraising.
Daniel holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a dual degree in Business and Law from ICADE. Besides work, he enjoys running marathons and traveling.
