Neil Hindle, based in New York, was the former Lead for Egon Zehnder’s Public and Social Sector Practice globally and has deep expertise appointing and assessing senior leaders. He works closely with corporate social impact, intergovernmental development organizations, NGOs, foundations, industry associations, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies. His practice extends across financial development, environmental, health and education. He conducts senior executive search, board consulting, talent advisory and is a skilled facilitator.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Neil was Director of the Emerging Markets Structuring Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and Vice President of Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan & Company. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group and has lived and worked in New York, Madrid, London, Paris, and Toronto.
Neil has a BA in economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He has four children, and cofounded and served as committee chair for Young Life Lower Westchester, a nonprofit focused on youth.
