Based in Palo Alto, California, Rebecca is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology Practice. A creative and analytical advisor who draws on extensive industry and consulting experience, she focuses on executive appointments to drive the growth of emerging technology companies, including general managers, CHROs, and financial officers.
I love having the opportunity to understand companies’ business models and strategic priorities, translate these into the portfolio of skills and experience they need to go to the next level, and systematically identify individuals that fit the bill.
Rebecca began her career with Heidrick & Struggles in London and prior to joining Egon Zehnder was a member of the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds. Industry experience includes TPG portfolio company, XOJET, where she served as Vice President, Aircraft Finance; and Pegasus Aviation where she was Director, Capital Markets.
Rebecca completed her BA with honors in modern languages at Oxford University and earned an MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Outside work she serves as a member of Aragon High School’s fundraising committee and does volunteer work for various other philanthropic organizations including the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL). Most importantly, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenage children.
