Our Prague office was established in 1995, shortly after the Velvet Revolution, which paved the way for the Czech Republic's rapid economic growth and integration with the EU. Today, we bring Egon Zehnder's breadth and scope to the senior-leadership and talent needs of both local and international businesses across the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

Based in the heart of the city, we are an experienced team of seven, including two consultants. We have the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients, including international businesses, private equity investors, local entrepreneurs, and rising regional players.
