Based in São Paulo, Ivan co-leads the Financial Services Practice at Egon Zehnder Brazil. His consulting work focuses on organizational transformation, talent management, leadership development, and executive search. Ivan is valued by clients, leveraging over two decades of consulting and management experience at leading financial institutions. He is passionate about resolving complex issues with simple but effective solutions.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Ivan was a Principal in the Financial Services Practice of Oliver Wyman in São Paulo. That was preceded by the positions of Managing Director of HR and IT at Pine Corporate Bank and Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors. Earlier, Ivan worked at Itau BBA as Head of Compensation and Performance, Head of Business Partners and International HR. He also worked in the Sales of Fixed Income. Ivan began his career at Mercer, having worked in the Brazil, US and Mexico offices.
Ivan graduated from the UNESP as a systems analyst and subsequently earned a Sloan Masters in leadership and strategy from London Business School. Married with three children, outside work he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, running, going to the beach, and playing the guitar.

Antes de ingressar na Egon Zehnder, Ivan foi Diretor da Prática de Serviços Financeiros da Oliver Wyman em São Paulo. Anteriormente, ocupou o cargo de Diretor de RH e TI do Pine, onde também atuou como Membro do Comitê de Remuneração do Conselho de Administração. Antes disso, Ivan trabalhou no Itaú BBA como Head de Remuneração e Performance, Head de Business Partners e RH Internacional. Também atuou na área de Distribuição de Renda Fixa Local. Ivan iniciou sua carreira na Mercer, onde atuou na área de RH em países como Brasil, EUA e México.
Ivan possui Mestrado em Liderança e Estratégia pela London Business School (Sloan Felow) e Bacharelado em Análise de Sistemas pela UNESP.
