Based in the Pacific Northwest, Chris King-Sidney is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial practice, specializing in the engineering and construction, mining and metals, and manufacturing sectors. Chris focuses on CEO, senior executive, and board placements and assessments. He applies his deep consulting experience to help clients navigate changing demands, expectations, and disruptions to achieve lastingly positive outcomes.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chris was President of Global Consulting for Ausenco, a resources and industrials-focused engineering and construction firm. Prior to that, he led Asia for Advisian, the advisory arm of the global engineering firm, Worley. Earlier, Chris was an Associate Principal and McKinsey & Co., where he was a core member of the firm’s infrastructure and corporate finance practices.
Chris holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Studies also from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Mandarin from Georgetown University. When not working he spends as much time as possible with his family. He is also an avid CrossFit athlete, snowboarder, and mountain-biker and enjoys cooking and eating good food in the company of friends and family.
