Melanie Watson, based in Washington, D.C., is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice Group. Melanie focuses on leadership advisory and executive search, supporting CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams across the healthcare sector. Her work draws on deep expertise in strategy, diligence, and large transformations, bringing rigor and clarity to complex challenges. This foundation allows her to build trust by showing up genuinely, delivering outstanding work, and remaining closely connected to clients’ priorities.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Melanie spent more than a decade at Boston Consulting Group, most recently as a Partner in the firm’s Health Care practice, working across London, Paris, and Washington, D.C.
Melanie holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and getting outside.
