Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Peter was the Global Head of Brand Development for Zurich Insurance Group, leading global digital marketing, sponsorship and events, and the corporate brand. Previously, he was Group Head of Recruitment for Zurich Insurance Group. Earlier, he founded and was CEO of A-Live Music Company AG, an entertainment company that specialized in high-end, personalized entertainment products. Before that, Peter was also a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
Peter has an MA in economics and business administration from University of St. Gallen, lic. Oec. HSG, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the International Advisory Board of SDA Bocconi and is President of the Zurich Chapter of the Alumni of University of St. Gallen. When not working, he enjoys sports, playing music, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Earlier, he founded A-Live Music Company AG, an entertainment company which specialized in high-end personalized entertainment products in the live-, audio- and multimedia area, serving as CEO for 6 years. Prior to that, Peter was with Procter & Gamble, first as Assistant Brand Manager Pampers, then as Brand Manager Pringles Europe.
Peter earned an MA in Economics and Business Administration from University of St. Gallen (lic. Oec. HSG) and a full time MBA from Harvard Business School.
Peter serves on the International Advisory Board of SDA Bocconi and is President of the Zurich Chapter of the Alumni of University of St. Gallen and the Alumni Flagship Event of University of St. Gallen.
