Based in Boston, Chris Fuqua is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Retail, and Hospitality Practices. A valued advisor to clients, he draws on his deep expertise in the restaurant industry and in management consulting to help clients tackle their biggest business challenges. Chris is especially passionate about leadership succession, talent management, and helping companies build great teams that deliver lasting success.

I’m inspired by helping people and organizations create the conditions for unlocking leadership potential. It takes great leaders and strong teams to build leading organizations, and helping to put the building blocks in place is how I choose to make a difference.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Chris was the CEO of B.GOOD in Boston. That was preceded by senior Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain roles at Dunkin’ Brands. He began his career at McKinsey and Company and also served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy.

Chris earned a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Outside work he is passionate about spending time with his wife and three children, supporting the veteran community, youth sports and his children’s schools, and staying fit by running, and paddleboarding.
