Established in the middle of winter in 1999, our Boston office has built a reputation for innovation, with some of the firm's most progressive and pioneering solutions being developed here; high performance, with a track record of growth through serving our clients' most critical leadership mandates; and leadership development, with many of us serving in the firm's global leadership roles.
We're well represented across all industries including financial services, life sciences, technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. Our expertise includes CEO and board succession, leadership assessment and development, and C-suite and board recruitment. We work with public, private, and family-owned clients ranging from venture-backed to Fortune 50 companies.
Proximity to leading world-class universities has led to valuable collaborations that include the development of the firm's Innovation Quotient, a program created with Harvard Business School and Paradox Strategies that helps leadership teams nurture creativity and innovation.
True to the Boston heritage of competitive sports teams, we work hard and play hard at our close-knit office. Our nine consultants and 24 professional and support staff usually infuse office gatherings with a competition or game. Whether it's cornhole matches at office outings or golf tournaments for charity, we have both a competitive spirit and a strong dedication to our community. Many of us serve on local nonprofit boards, and we all find ways to give back to and get involved with our community.
