Linda Becker, based in Cologne, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory Practice and Industrial Groups. Focusing on developing leadership, shaping culture transformation, and guiding CEO and executive successions, she brings a systemic perspective grounded in psychology and behavioral economics. As an ICF-certified coach, Linda works with systemic insight, depth, and clarity, supporting organizations through team and strategic culture shifts, including DAX 40 companies and other global industrial leaders.

Prior to becoming a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, Linda held a series of roles of increasing responsibility within the firm’s Leadership Advisory practice, ultimately serving as Principal and a member of the Global Expert Leadership Team. Before joining Egon Zehnder, she served as Head of Culture & Leadership Development at TEDi and earlier held an HR leadership role building the start-up BLACK.de GmbH & Co. KG.
Linda holds a double Master of Science in Economics & Psychology from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris Descartes, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Maastricht University. Outside of work, Linda enjoys traveling, practicing Qi Gong, and enjoying Cologne’s carnival.

Vor der Übernahme der Berater:innenrolle hatte Linda Becker eine Reihe von Positionen mit zunehmender Verantwortung innerhalb der Leadership Advisory Praxisgruppe des Unternehmens inne. Schließlich war sie dort als Principal und Mitglied des globalen Expert Leadership Teams tätig. Bevor sie zu Egon Zehnder kam, arbeitete Linda Becker als Head of Culture & Leadership Development bei TEDi und bekleidete eine Führungsposition im Personalwesen beim Aufbau des Start-ups BLACK.de GmbH & Co. KG.
Linda Becker hat einen Doppel-Master of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Psychologie von der Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne und der Universität Paris Descartes sowie einen Bachelor of Science in Psychologie von der Universität Maastricht. In ihrer Freizeit reist sie gerne, praktiziert Qigong und genießt den Kölner Karneval.
