Based in Miami, Gina Stearns is active in Egon Zehnder’s Services, Consumer, and Diversity & Inclusion practices. She leverages her deep background in commercial strategy, consumer experience, and business transformations to support clients across multiple sectors including professional services, consumer, travel, hospitality, and more. Gina is passionate about helping clients build more diverse leadership teams and inclusive cultures to make the most of their talent and achieve better overall results.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Gina was with Royal Caribbean as the Head of Finance & Intelligence for Destination Development. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Business Strategy at Fridababy. Earlier, Gina was at Carnival Cruise Line in various roles in Consumer Insights & Analytics, Retail Operations, and Product Demand Strategy. She launched her career in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division before working as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Gina earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about education and providing opportunities and access for everyone. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as running and playing tennis.
