Gina Stearns

Connect With Me

Based in Miami, Gina Stearns is active in Egon Zehnder’s Travel & Hospitality, Tech Officers, Consumer, and Leadership Advisory practices. She leverages her deep background in commercial strategy, consumer experience, and digital and business transformations to support clients across consumer facing and professional services companies.

The key to success is recognizing and developing the right talent to unlock an organization’s full potential. What inspires me day after day is the chance to make a difference by serving as a thought partner and advisor to business leaders.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Gina was with Royal Caribbean as the Head of Finance & Intelligence for Destination Development. Previously, she led Business Strategy at Fridababy. Earlier, Gina was at Carnival Cruise Line in various operational and strategic roles. She launched her career in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division before working as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Gina earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about education and providing opportunities and access for everyone. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children as well as running and playing tennis.
