Sergio Salvador, based in Singapore, is an accomplished Talent Advisor and Executive Leadership Coach, and supports publicly traded, private enterprises, and family-owned companies in succession planning, talent pipeline management, executive and board searches, and effectiveness and performance reviews. Sergio believes in “winning from within” and as such he mentors and coaches next-generation executives to become their best selves, and preparing them to move to the C-suite. Sergio also leads the Digital Segment of Egon Zehnder’s Technology Practice in Asia Pacific, using his deep expertise in digital transformation to guide talent innovation for start-ups and established digital and media companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sergio led New Business and Innovation for Google, based in Tokyo and Singapore, and also held a role as Global Head of Mobile and Gaming, based in Singapore. Before that, he had several other roles at Google, and also focused on technology, mobile, apps, digital services and hardware at Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and Nokia in locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, London, and Hong Kong. He began his career by launching a successful start-up in his native Spain.
Sergio earned a MA from the University of Zaragoza and later completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also an Executive Leadership Coach, accredited with the International Coach Federation, and regularly lectures and speaks at universities, business schools, and industry events, sharing his extensive knowledge in technology, educating the next generation of leaders.
In the past, Sergio also served as Vice Chair of the Innovation Committee of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, and as Board Director of the Avelife Foundation, a Singapore-based non-profit educational NGO that promotes green innovation. Sergio also serves as a lecturer at leading business schools, on topics as varied as leadership in the digital era, business models and leadership in the games industry, and general leadership development.
