人事責任者(CHRO)

エゴンゼンダーの視点では、人事ヘッドもしくはチーフ・ヒューマン・リソーシズ・オフィサー(CHRO)には、組織の人材に関するあらゆるテーマに主体的に関わる責任と権限があると考えています。この役割は、人事部門が経営陣の補佐役に過ぎないと見られていた時代と比べると大きな変化だといえます。今日、リーダーシップが重要だと考える人は、人的資本がいかに決定的かをよく理解しています。企業は優秀なリーダーを選び抜かねばならないだけでなく、将来を担うリーダーをきめ細かく育てなければなりません。この責務はことさらにCHROの双肩にかかるものであり、CHROはもはや人事エキスパートとして専門業務を粛々と遂行するだけでは済まず、全社が抱えている幅広い事業課題を理解し、課題解決に貢献できなければなりません。
