Working at Egon Zehnder brings together several of my passions: collaborating with exceptional leaders, solving complex challenges, and unlocking the transformative potential of great leadership to drive lasting impact.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Wallrick was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he led corporate and growth strategy, margin improvement, organizational effectiveness, and large-scale transformation engagements with clients across insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, and consumer products. Earlier in his career, Wallrick worked in private equity as an Associate at Galen Partners and in sell-side M&A advisory as an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams & Co. He began his professional career in management consulting in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte.
Wallrick holds an MBA with dual majors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his BA in Economics from Emory University, where he serves on the Emory College Alumni Board. Outside of work, Wallrick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing tennis, cycling, carpentry, and following Formula 1 racing.
